Nancy Glynn, MBA, works in executive development across Europe, as well as in Asia and the US. As an executive coach, consultant and educator since 2008, Nancy builds on her nearly 20 years of international experience as a senior, board-level executive and senior manager at Global and European levels in the engineering, healthcare and public affairs sectors.
Nancy is a strategic partner to leaders as they navigate the challenges and demands of business today with a particular focus on developing new, critical capacities to lead sustainably in the 21st century, including agile leadership and leading in complexity.
Founder of Dynallia, a business focused on executive development, Nancy works with clients including blue-chip multinationals in biotech, pharmaceutical, legal and financial services and online businesses. She has worked in a number of leadership programmes, and coached executives in a Harvard Business School Authentic Leadership executive programme for the top 150 leaders of a global pharmaceutical company. She is qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) by the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts, and integrates this into her work with leaders.
Prior to her executive career, Nancy was a classical performing artist, working in the US and Europe as a ballet soloist. Having lived and worked in five countries, Nancy now resides in London.
